The Cuenca town of Motilla del Palancar has hosted the first presentation of 'La Fuga' outside the capital of the province of Cuenca. The talk, in addition to emphasizing the need to inform about an issue as important as the nuclear cemetery, has served to collect the different proposals for collaboration from the neighbors. Eduardo Soto, director of the short film, has insisted that everyone has a place in 'La Fuga', and that the project seeks "young people with emerging proposals, with a desire for change, who are looking for an opportunity to convert their ideas into an audiovisual message ”.
The Motillans who went to 'El Carrascal' park on Switzerland Phone Numbers 6 Million List Saturday morning, place of the meeting with the director of the film, have had the opportunity to share their point of view on the threat of installation of the ATC, in addition to clearing up doubts about the management of nuclear waste and the risks it entails for the area. The issues that have generated the most concern, along with the complex storage of radioactive waste, have been those related to the damage to the image that the region will project.
At the end of the colloquium, the residents of Motilla del Palancar gathered there joined the initiative “Not a breath in the nuclear cemetery”, one of the participation spaces offered by La Fuga. This call, which is open to anyone who wants to join, consists of taking a photograph with a mask, whether real or improvised, in order to make the risks of nuclear energy visible. The images are collected in a large mosaic, constantly updated, which can be consulted on the La Fuga website: lafugaradiactiva.com.
